In accordance with state law, Auburn City Council will convene on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at noon in the City Council Chamber (141 N. Ross Street) to canvass the official results of the 2026 City of Auburn Municipal Election. This meeting will be in addition to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Sept. 1.

The Municipal Election will take place on Aug. 25, giving voters the opportunity to elect Auburn’s Mayor and City Council representatives for Wards 5 and 8. Election details can be found at auburnal.gov/elections.
